Supporting New York’s Educational Transformation
NY Inspires is New York State’s long-term plan to transform education through equitable, student-centered learning experiences and multiple pathways to success. Introduced by the New York State Education Department in 2024, the initiative establishes a phased implementation process centered around four major transformations.
As districts work to advance priorities such as NY Inspires, S3 provides practical support that helps turn vision into action. Working alongside district and school leaders, educators, and regional partners, S3 helps districts:
- plan for and implement strategic initiatives and state priorities
- access professional learning and leadership support
- align existing programs, services, and instructional resources
- foster regional collaboration and shared problem-solving
- develop sustainable systems, practices, and tools that improve outcomes for students
